Vegetarian Thali - 6

This simple vegetarian thali consists of Manga rice/Manga sadam, curd rice and Chenna Dal vada/Masala Vada. The recipe of the same can be found in the blog individually.

Palak Pakodas

palak pakodas......hmmmm tasty and nutritious. This is a easy to make recipe. lets see how to make this.

Ingredients:-
Chenna Dal - 1 cup
red chillies - 3
Rice - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Asafoetida - a pinch
Palak - 1 bunch


Oil - to fry
Onions - 2

Method:-
1.Soak Chenna dal, raw rice, red chillies in water for 1 hour.


2.Drain the water and grind the above into course paste(without water).

3.Wash and cut palak into small pieces and add it to the above mixture.


4. Cut onions into small pieces. Add onions,salt, Asafoetida to chenna dal mixture and mix well.

5. Heat oil  in a pan.
6. And when the oil is heated make the batter into small balls and fry it in oil.

7. once they are fried and turns golden brown, Remove them in a plate.

8.Fry all the batter in batches.

9. Tasty Palak Pakodas are ready to eat.
