Palak parathas/spinach parathas

 
 
Ingredients:- 
palak leaves - 1 bunch
wheat flour - 4 cups(small)
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 4 pieces
Green chillies - 4 pieces
ajwain/Carom seeds - a little bit
salt to taste
Oil 

Method:- 
1. Wash and cut palak/spinach leaves and into small pieces, transfer into a bowl.
2. Sprinkle a little bit water on the palak/spinach pieces and  micro wave it for 2 min.
3. In a mixer grind the palak/spinach leaves along with 3 Gs(ginger,garlic,green chillies).
4. In a bowl add wheat flour, 1 tsp of oil, ground spinach/palak paste, salt,carom seeds and mix well.
5. Add water little by little and make it a soft dough.
6.Take a little dough and  make it into round ball.
7. Roll out little thicker parathas,dust it  with little flour while rolling when ever necessary
.
8. Heat pan drizzle some oil and cook the parathas both sides in medium flame,until the golden brown spots appears.
9. Repeat step 6 to 8 and make parathas with the remaining dough.

10. Tasty parathas are ready to eat.
11.Serve with raitha,chutney,curd,butter or pickle of your choice.
